VoltageVision is a trading name of Loïc Tanguy, operating as a sole trader. This page explains what information this website collects when you use it, and what happens to it afterwards.
When you fill in a quote or contact form on this site, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and a description of the work you need. We don't collect anything beyond what you enter into the form.
Information submitted through a form is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide a quote and carry out the work. We don't sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we don't use them for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Form submissions are sent by email to info@voltage-vision.co.uk, which forwards to a personal mailbox used to run the business. Your enquiry is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where the work goes ahead, for our own record-keeping.
This site uses a small cookie to remember that you've seen the cookie notice, so it doesn't show again on your next visit. At present the site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a concern about how it's been used. To do any of this, email info@voltage-vision.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
